Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of LMC Leominster Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Provided
LMC Leominster Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to: driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, decorative concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial concrete services, and masonry work. All services are provided in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Prices may be subject to change if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work. We will notify you of any necessary changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to complete work within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.
Site Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is clear of vehicles, furniture, and other obstructions. You are responsible for marking the location of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure before work begins.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your service contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others.
Limitation of Liability
LMC Leominster Concrete's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover costs incurred.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts.
